Minister Tanika Guidroz is a Native of Gray Louisiana, and currently lives in Spring, Texas. She is a yielded vessel of the Lord. She has two beautiful daughters Niya and Kiya Guidroz who have served alongside of her in ministry. Min. Tanika is a very talented and business-oriented woman. Her background consists of fields from medical, business, accounting, cosmetology, and entrepreneurship. She holds 4 associates degrees, 3 diplomas, and a host of certifications. Her passion is to see others achieve their goals and offer support. Minister Tanika has been in the medical field since she was 15 as a Certified Nursing Assistant 1996. She graduated in 1997. Then, finished school for Emergency Medical Technician in 1999, but decided to pursue another avenue away from the medical field-Business. She received her Duel Associates degree in Accounting Technology and Office Systems Technology. God blessed her to enter places where she was the only African American working in the company holding office positions. She were successful as an accounting clerk proficient in Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, and collections. She was able to retrieve millions of dollars for small oil and gas, trucking, and mechanical companies. After her first child, Tanika pursued a career in Cosmetology. She received her first award winning 3rd place in Long Hair Style Hair battle in New Orleans, Louisiana as a student. Later, she received her Cosmetology Diploma and received her Louisiana License. She received another diploma for an advance level stylist from Dudley University in Greensboro, NC. She worked faithfully and successfully at Positive Image Hair Salon in Gray, LA until she moved to Texas in 2009, then she received her Texas Cosmetology License as well. While in Texas, Tanika decided to go back to her passion of helping others and received her LVN license in 2014. She received an opportunity to work for St. Joseph Hospital in as a Utilization Review Nurse in Case Management. This opportunity combined her business and nursing education with her passion to help others. Tanika overturned the hospital denials from a – 80% to +30% within four to five months. This change caused the company to give their employees raises that were overdue for some time. With the encouragement of her co-workers, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. She is currently awaiting to sit for her NCLEX exam to obtain her RN license. During her pursuit of her nursing degree, she received a diploma from University of Houston: SURE Program of Entrepreneurship in 2017; the same year she received another Associate degree in Liberal Arts. She still desires to pursue higher degrees in some of those areas. Her goal is to start her own business, With Open Arms Senior Care Center and to start her 501c3 Begin Again Momentum for young girls and women with children in 2021.

Minister Tanika served faithfully in Dance and Youth Ministries for 5 years under Dr. Cassandra Scott, Apostle of Turning Point Faith Ministries. She started working in ministry as a youth teacher at New Light Christian Center in 2011. Later, Minister Tanika became the praise dance instructor for the youth ministry. She taught many young girls to be strong, confident, and bold in the Lord. Minister Tanika is the proud Director of the Tribe of Zebulon 2nd generation of Cassandra Scott Ministries. She served as administration for CSM, team leader and administrator for Evangelist Veronica Harrison; Senior Director of the Tribe of Zebulon for 9 years. Minister Tanika experienced firsthand the gruesome effects of trials and tribulations this world could bring, but she did not allow it to steal her joy or take her peace. She experienced her share of growing pains, heartaches, and heartbreaks during her time in ministry. But she continued to keep the Faith and stand on the promises of God. She walks in the way of the Prophetic and uses her prophetic voice as God instructs. She is a virtuous woman who truly walk by faith and not by sight. Minister Guidroz has mentored many young girls, young women, and young boys along her journey. She is a strong intercessor and gatekeeper for the kingdom of God. She has helped in Outreach ministry, feeding the homeless, and numerous of act of kindness assigned to her by the Lord. She has a true heart and a desire for the people to get saved, delivered, healed, and be made whole.
