Ambassador Jason Renville
UN Ambassador Dr. Jason Renville, a Global governmental Kingdom agent with strong apostolic and prophetic acumens. He travels the global village extensively exporting and disseminating The Government of The Kingdom to the nations of the world. He serves as Human Rights Representative to the United Nations, Global Ambassador-At-Large, and as an Ecclesiastical Officer with the same organization (UN) under the Economic and Social Council (NGO). Additionally, Dr. Renville is a Leadership and Certifying Agent for the President's Lifetime Achievement Volunteer Service Award program in the US, Senior fellow for Leadership, Governance and Human Development of OPAD - an auxiliary Agency with consultative status within the United Nations - with responsibility for poverty alleviation and development within the Global Village. He is a TV Host and Writer who demonstrates eloquent oratory skills and his prowess as a prolific facilitator of revelatory intelligence on behalf of the kingdom of God. Dr. Renville is a recipient of the Nelson Mandela International Peace Award 2020, ichange Nations World Civility Award 2018, National Statesman Award 2019, Peace Icon Award Diplomat of the Year - 2019, and The Global Protection Peace Council and South Asian Humanitarian Excellence - Golden Eagle Award 2021. He is also the recipient of The United States congressional citations: both from Senate and the House of Representative for his distinguished work in human development, leadership and governance 2024. Dr. Renville is the CEO and Founder of Jason Renville Global Ministries and Operation Graduate; a program aimed at giving young people from around the world who want to finish tertiary education a second chance. He co-founded along with his wife Dr. Jenny Renville the Goshen Safe Haven Community Development Center for Development - Education and Empowerment (GSHCDC). His intense research in Strategic Organizational Leadership, Human Development and Governmental Studies have afforded him many opportunities to dialogue about leadership, authenticity, human relations, women's empowerment, social reconstruction, economic development, mental health and a host of other humanitarian issues. He matriculated from institutions such as the University of Guyana, Light University and Florida Theological University, where he earned his doctorate PhD in organizational Leadership, Human Development and Governmental Studies. He is also a recipient of several honorary doctorates from universities within the United States and across the world. His passion for his work is only surpassed by his love for his wife for 22 years with three children. He loves to refer to himself as "a servant of God Chosen to export the government of The Kingdom, to the nations of the world within our global village” as his reasonable service to The eternal King of Glory and His everlasting Kingdom.
Her Grace, Bishop Corletta J. Vaughn, PHD
Bishop Corletta J. Vaughn is a graduate of Detroit Public Schools, (Bellevue Elementary, Miller Jr. High and Cass Technical High ’71). Wayne County Community College (A.A. Nursing) William Tyndale Bible College (B.R.E. Pastoral Studies) Oral Roberts University (M. Ed Administration and Curriculum Design), Christ for the Nations Theological Seminary (Doctor of Divinity, D.D.) and recently completed her PhD with Liberty University. Dr. Corletta J. Vaughn is the Senior Pastor of the Holy Ghost Cathedral Church of Detroit, Michigan and Presiding Bishop of Go Tell It Evangelistic Ministry, Worldwide Network of Churches. For more than 50 years, she has poured herself into the lives of congregations, schools, community organizations by uncompromised powerful preaching and teaching of the Word of God both nationally and internationally; bringing hope to the hopeless. Apostle Deborah DeGar
Deborah DeGar is the Founder and Director of The Voice of God Global Center, Inc., International House of Prayer, Inc. and Deborah DeGar Ministries. International House of Prayer was founded in 1988 under the former name of Intercessory Prayer Fellowship of Ministries. These ministries have impacted the lives of countless individuals who are intimately acquainted with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The vision is to encourage, motivate, train, and equip intercessors and prophetic voices with biblical and effective strategies resulting in an unprecedented harvest of souls for the kingdom of God. Her heart cries, "I WAS BORN TO INTERCEDE and RELEASE MY VOICEPRINT" throughout the globe. Deborah DeGar is widely known for her vigilance as a powerful prayer teacher and warrior. Appointed and anointed to intercession, Deborah has served in the USA, Seoul Korea, Argentina, Israel, Africa, Ecuador, etc... She held the position of Prayer Partner Recruiter and Trainer at Houston's CET/TBN Television Network. She also participates in many city reaching prayer teams. Deborah is a prophetic intercessor and watchman on the wall of her city. She is aligned with Apostle Chuck Pierce of Global Spheres Center and Glory of Zion International. Deborah has experienced intense seasons of being hidden with the Lord and has been released to carry His prophetic word and instructions for this hour. She is a flowing stream that makes the city glad. She operates under the Issachar anointing discerning the times and seasons we live in and what we should do to cooperate with God.
Dr. Alexis McClinton
Dr. Alexis Maston-McClinton is an award-winning entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, ordained prophetic and apostolic church leader, and funding strategist. She holds an earned Ph.D. and has secured and helped generate multimillions of dollars through grants, sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and government contracts. She equips women, entrepreneurs, ministries, and nonprofit leaders with the strategies and resources needed to fund their visions and create sustainable impact.
Apostle Richard Horace
Dr. Richard Horace, Jr. is a consecrated bishop, apostle, and attorney. Preaching since the age of 9; he's the Founder of ACTS HUB Church, also known as The FLOW (Beaumont and Houston, TX). As Apostle of The FLOW, he leads an unapologetic and apostolic movement that dismantles the status quo to recapture the Spirit of Pentecost. On September 17, 2023, the Mayor and city of Houston, TX proclaimed it to be "Apostle Richard Horace Day" in recognition of ACTS HUB's evangelism initiatives, prayer gatherings, worship encounters, and revivals that echo throughout the region. He is also the founder and Presiding Apostle of KABOD Network, a multifaceted apostolic movement mandated to extend the Kingdom of God in every sphere of influence. Through KABOD, Apostle Richard provides impartation, training, and spiritual covering to a community of 5-fold ministry leaders and churches. He is submitted under the leadership of Bishop Tudor Bismark. Apostle Richard is a licensed corporate attorney. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science/History from Baylor University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX. But above all these things, he humbly identifies himself as a servant of the KINGDOM, valuing his spiritual calling above all else.
Carolyn Dilliard
Carolyn J. Dillard is a grant strategist, consultant, trainer, federal grant peer reviewer, author, and founder of Grant Training Resources, LLC. With more than 40 years of experience in the grants field, she has worked on both sides of the funding process—as a federal grant administrator and as a reviewer evaluating grant applications for multiple federal agencies. Carolyn has spent more than 15 years serving as a federal grant peer reviewer and panel chair, giving her a unique understanding of how funding decisions are made. She is known for helping nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and small businesses move beyond grant writing and become truly funding ready. Through training, consulting, and practical tools, Carolyn teaches organizations how to build the structure, systems, and alignment that funders look for before they ever submit an application. Her practical, straightforward approach has helped organizations across the country better prepare for grants, contracts, and long-term funding opportunities. Carolyn is the creator of The GrantologistTM and is passionate about helping organizations stop chasing grants and start building a strong foundation for sustainable funding.
Dameshia DeFlora
Dameshia DeFlora is an entrepreneur, technology strategist, business consultant, and community advocate who is passionate about helping people and organizations use innovation to create meaningful, sustainable impact. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Dameshia spent 25 years in techriology and management consulting, developing expertise in strategy. problems-solving, organizational transformation, and the practical application of technology. Today, she brings that experience into the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence, helping entrepreneurs, educators, nonprofits, and community leaders understand how Al can be used not simply as a productivity tool, but as a catalyst for opportunity, capacity building. economic empowerment, and community transformation. Dameshia is the CEO of the DeFlora Strategy Group, Silent ink, Uniforms HT%. Black and Bling, LLC, and is also a residential and commercial real estate developer. Her entrepreneurial work has given her firsthand insight into the challenges small businesses and community-based organizations face when attempting to grow with umited resources, making her especially passionate cout democratizing access to Al and emerging technologies. A graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Dameshia serves on the Board of Trustees for the Prairie View ASM University Foundation, She is also deeply committed to mentoring young people, supporting mission-driven organizations, and helping individuals tum ideas into action. At the intersection of Al and community transformation, Dameshia challenges leaders to ask a bigger question than, "What can Al do?" Instead, she encourages them to consider. "What becomes possible for our communities when people who have historically had fewer resources suddenly have access to tools that expand their capacity, creativity, knowledge, and reach?"
Elder Viva Cotton
Elder Viva Jackson Cotton is a devoted servant, intercessor, teacher, and a committed woman of God. A native Houstonian, she is the third of eight children born to Dorothy Jackson and the late Harold Jackson Sr. A Life Rooted in Faith Viva accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 12 and was water baptized in 1968. In February 1997, she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Her spiritual foundation was greatly influenced by the men and women of God at Holman Street Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Shepherd-Teacher, Dr. Manson B. Johnson Sr. It was there that she sensed the Holy Spirit calling her to a deeper walk with Him. Ministry and Service In January 2013, the Holy Spirit led Viva to Turning Point Faith Ministries (TPFM) under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Dr. Cassandra Scott. She actively serves in multiple ministries, including: • Minister of TPFM • Director of Ministers • Facilitator of Discipleship 101 • Teacher of Generation U-Turn • Member of the Intercessory Prayer Team • Teacher at The Colonnades Senior Facility • Leader of The Naomi Hilliard Scholarship & Education Ministry • Administrator to Apostle Dr. Cassandra Scott and both Turning Point Faith Ministries & Cassandra Scott Ministries On August 13, 2017, she was ordained as an Elder under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Cassandra Scott. Viva is also a two-year graduate of the Birth Your Brilliance (BYB) Empowerment Program, led by Dr. Merle Ray and Apostle Cassandra Scott. Through BYB, she authored her first prayer journal, Digesting God’s Word. Global Ministry Impact Elder Viva has been privileged to minister internationally. In June 2022, she traveled with Apostle Cassandra Scott to Italy and Holland as part of the Europe Expansion mission. In January 2023, she was among twelve missionaries on an Africa/European Expansion journey to Congo, Africa, where she preached to a gathering of spiritually hungry Congolese believers. Victory In Jesus Christ Ministry Elder Viva founded "Victory In Jesus Christ Ministry". A ministry dedicated to spreading love, hope, and the transformative power of the Gospel to those who need it most. Our mission is to provide support and spiritual guidance to individuals and families affected by incarceration, fostering a sense of community and faith. Ministry Focus: 1. Ministering to Parents with Incarcerated Children: We offer compassionate support and resources for parents navigating the challenges of having a child in prison. Our ministry provides a safe space for sharing experiences, fostering healing, and encouraging personal growth through Christ. 2. Supporting Children with Incarcerated Parents: Understanding the emotional and psychological impact of parental incarceration, we aim to provide resources and mentorship to children. Our programs focus on nurturing their spirit and helping them find strength in their faith. 3. Encouraging Spouses: Long-term caregiving can be a heavy burden. Our ministry is here to support spouses providing care for their loved ones, offering encouragement, prayer, and community connection to lighten their load and strengthen their resolve. 4. Sharing the Gospel with Incarcerated Men and Women: We believe in the power of redemption and the opportunity for a victorious life in Christ. Our outreach programs focus on sharing the Gospel with incarcerated individuals, empowering them to embrace their faith and discover a new path through Jesus. Currently, our ministry is assigned to the Wynne Unit in Huntsville, Texas. Join us as we embark on this journey of hope and healing. Together, we can create a community where faith thrives, lives are transformed, and the love of Christ reigns. A Life of Love and Family Viva was married to her high school sweetheart, Reginald L. Cotton, for thirty-eight years until his eternal transition. She is a proud mother of two sons and a loving "Nana" to three energetic grandchildren. After five years of widowhood, the Lord blessed her with a second union, and she has now shared eight years of marriage with Anthony T. Hunter, Sr. They look forward to many more years together, walking in faith and love. A Woman of Victory Throughout her life, Elder Viva has experienced many victories over trials and tribulations in “Trusting God”. From these experiences, the Holy Spirit birthed her ministry, Victory in Jesus Christ Ministry (www.victoryinchristjesus.com). Her heart's desire is to be a blessing to the body of Christ and to fully embrace the woman God has purposed her to be. Holding steadfast to Romans 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11, Psalms 1, Psalms 23, and 1 Corinthians 15:57-58, she declares: "But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved daughter, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord."
Pastor Alicia
Pastor Alicia Lyles is the daughter of the Most High God, a firm believer, and a Forerunner for Jesus Christ. She is the wife of Wayne Lyles for 31 years, a mother, daughter, ordained minister, entrepreneur, owner of several businesses & an apostolic prophet who walks in the love of God touching the lives of everyone she meets. Several years ago, Alicia expanded her ministry tent by faith in the marketplace and opened up Alicia’s Mobile Loan & Notary services, where her motto is “ One Call & Alicia’s Does It All for all of your Mobile and Global Online Notarization Needs.”This apostolic prophetic assignment allows her to go from house to house, place to place, demonstrating Jesus in the Marketplace Ministry like never before. Alicia is a worshipper, intercessor, inner healing prayer minister and strategic prophetic voice in the Kingdom of God. She’s a part of Cassandra Scott Ministries, where she serves as Dr. Cassandra Scott’s Executive Administrator, Regional Director for North Houston Texas, the director of the Tribe of Issachar 7 th generation, KEA graduate and recent BYB graduate. Coach Roscoe Hilliard
Roscoe Hilliard is the founder and CEO of Higher Rock Recovery Solutions, a faith-centered organization providing specialized recovery coaching and support for individuals, groups, and families affected by alcohol and drug addiction. Drawing from 10 years of lived experience with drug addiction and more than 26 years of uninterrupted recovery, Roscoe is deeply committed to walking alongside people seeking lasting freedom, healing, and restoration, while also supporting loved ones who have been impacted by addiction. A lifelong learner of behavioral science and a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, Roscoe is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Christ-Centered Coaching, Leadership, and Change. He is the author of two impactful, published works: “Just Like That”: A Memoir of Miraculous Recovery, and “Just Like That” The Recovery Method-Curriculum: Discovering and Building Your God-Given Blueprint for a Life of Sobriety. As an advocate, author, and speaker, Coach Roscoe carries a clear message of hope: Recovery is Possible, God is Able, and there is Life After Addiction.
Dr. Sabrina Echols
Dr. Sabrina Echols was born in Chicago, IL. God gave her a vision to become a medical doctor and to promote health, and enhance the lives of the medically underserved. Her mandate from the Lord is to open doors for voiceless generations – those who cannot speak for themselves. She received her Bachelor’s of Science with honors from Xavier University of Louisiana. Then, Dr. Echols graduated from Northwest Medical School in Chicago and also received her Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Illinois. Dr. Echols completed her Residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of medicine in Houston, TX . She has served as a medical doctor in Houston for over 24 years. She is a trained Emergency room/Trauma specialist at Lifesaver's ER in Houston, TX. She is the Founder of Butterfly Wellness Clinic, who motto reads, "Transforming Lives". Dr. Echols is the Lab Director of the first Covid lab at Texas Southern University/College of Pharmacy. Her passion also includes teaching, and mentoring/coaching health care providers to decrease racial health care disparities. Dr. Echols is the author of three books, "Voiceless" and "Operation Soar 52,”, and her most recent book, “Miraculous Voices in the Medical Room”. She has ministered internationally in Brazil, South Africa, Congo, Amsterdam, and Italy. Dr. Echols-Sampson is an ordained minister at The Fountain of Praise Church (Houston, TX) under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Remus Wright and Co-Pastor Dr. Mia Wright. She is a servant leaders, serving as a Minister of the Calling Ministry and The Wellness Ministry. She also serves as a prayer intercessor/Sr. Director of Tribe of Simeon in the Cassandra Scott Ministries, under the leadership of Dr. Cassandra Scott. She is one of the founding CSM Director's who collaborated on the book, "There is a Blessing in the Cluster". She also serves on the CSM Advisory Council and Board of TPFM. God has opened a door to send medicine/medical supplies to the Nations. Dr. Echols is the CSM Director of Medical Missions, organizing medicine to Congo, and consulting with other doctor's in the nations. Dr. Echols-Sampson has received numerous community awards. Dr. Sabrina Echols is the blessed mother of son, David Blasie Elliott IV and daughter, Imani Maya Elliott, and resides in Pearland, Texas. She stands on the scriptures, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy. Proverbs 31:8 “ Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people” Matt 4:23 “The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners” Isaiah 61:3
