Jacqueline Williams was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago. Moving to New York City at the age of 18, she attended Bronx Community College where she received an associate degree in accounting and went on to receive a BBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York. She worked as an accountant in a major law firm in the city before marrying her husband, Hugh. Jacqueline was blessed to travel the world with her husband who is now retired from the US Army. Married 35 years, Jacqueline was a stayed at home mom, while the Williams raised their now 4 wonderful adult children.
When their youngest son was a senior in high school, Jacqueline went back to school, where she obtained a Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2015 where she was awarded the Donald Capp Pastoral Care award. She completed a total of 8 units of Clinical Pastoral Education, four of which was as a Chaplain Resident at Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. She worked as a chaplain at Baptist and the University Hospitals in San Antonio. She Currently ministers to the youths at the Bexar County Juvenile Detention Center. Jacqueline works as a Substitute Teacher with the Northeast Independent School District while pursuing her destiny to one day open a wellness center for young people. It will be a place where young people can come to receive healing, in their spirit, mind, and body from the wounds of life. Thus, enabling them to move forward in life and become all what God has called them to be. She is currently working on writing her first book in the area of grief and loss. Jacqueline has two passions one is to minister to young people and the other is to minister to leaders helping them to be emotionally healthy in ministry. Her journey in life has taught he compassion.
Jacqueline is an Ordained Elder at the New Creation Christian Fellowship Church in San Antonio. She loves God and people.
