Aspiring Restauranteur, Chef Entrepreneur, and Servant Leader, Adlysa J. Hollis is professionally trained in the Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Blue at Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, TX, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Mgmt from Texas State University.

As a Chef, Adlysa has experience working in many professional kitchens around San Antonio to include, Marriott Rivercenter, Retama Park and several local restaurants.

She works with the Pastor’s Aide Team at New Creation Christian Fellowship (NCCF), of San Antonio, TX and is very passionate about serving and providing physical nourishment for people. Adlysa has served the Leaders of NCCF since 2007, and is believing God to one day be the owner and operator of her own restaurant.
