She is the owner and CEO of Empowerment Zone Consulting and Family Counseling, PLLC, and offers tools to help others cope, process and grow from the emotional pain of life.

Dionne Crump’s Personal Reflection: Birth your Brilliance was the push I needed to believe that I could really do it. I was consistently encouraged to not forsake intimate time with God, He was my guide. The final push from Pastor C as she released the word of God concerning me was confirmation that this is a good work, and He will see it through to completion. I learned to organize my time and focus on projects in order to see them through. Now I have two books that are being released and an active business that offers health and healing for the mind, body and soul. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
